Who we are

An integrated coffee value chain, from cherry to container

Abbarci Industries Limited is a private Ugandan company dedicated to coffee value addition. We purchase, process, bulk, roast and blend coffee — then market both green and roasted beans to the world.

Through cooperatives, organised farmers' groups, agents and traders, we source high-quality cherries for processing at our factory in Nkoma, Gombe Division, Wakiso District — about 5 km from Matugga along Semuto Road. Our facility is reputed for first-class cleaning, grading, separation and colour-sorting.

  • Fully integrated — sourcing, processing, roasting & export under one roof
  • State-of-the-art colour sorting and grading machinery
  • Roasting & blending tailored to each client's flavour profile
  • Extension services, inputs and financing for partner farmers
  • Processing facility available for hire by producers & traders

Our coffee

Three products. One origin.

Every bean begins as a cherry on a Ugandan hillside. We take it from there — dried, hulled, graded, roasted and packed to your specification.

Can't find what you're looking for? Our export team replies within one business day.

Ask us anything
Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we deliver coffee worldwide, with shipments already reaching North Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

It's my first time importing coffee. Can you help?

Rest assured — we specialise in international trade and will guide you step by step through the whole process, from samples to delivery.

What are your prices?

Prices vary with local and global market conditions. Contact us for today's rates and a quotation for your specification.

What shipping options do I have?

All standard Incoterms are available. Road transport and shipping operate seven days a week — tell us your port and we'll advise the best route.

Is there a minimum order?

No strict minimum — though very small volumes can be less economical to ship. Talk to us and we'll find a workable arrangement.

How long before my order ships?

Once the order is confirmed and the deposit paid, estimated turnaround lead time is 10–25 days.

Robusta or Arabica — which should I choose?

Both are grown in Uganda's ideal conditions. Robusta is bold and bitter; Arabica is sweet and mild. We can also blend the two for the perfect cup — request a sample of each and decide.
